2020-10-26 20:15:57 +0000 UTCOne of the things I really appreciated was the brussel sprouts and potatoes videos. Does more than help me get some basics down, it shows (not just tells) that there's so much depth in cooking for the budding amateur chef (i.e. lockdown chump realizing he has to get better at cooking) even on basic ingredients. For the next stream: getting married is a big enough deal... maybe is there something about wedding food/drink where you can get great bang/buck via simplicity? For example, there's a good reason the classic cocktails that are simple are still hits: Martinis, Manhattans, Old Fashioned, French 75, etc. Simple, work well. classics, etc.
