2025-04-13 23:02:38 +0000 UTCIncredible. That is a LOT of housing... If all of the apartments are empty, then that's a major financial burden for the company that owns it. No income, yet lots of operating expenses and taxes to be paid. Yeah, they'll knock it down. Astounding that a building that size could just end up abandoned, like that. The occupants must have simply left once their leases were up. Someone had to be the last one to leave! Imagine being the sole occupant of a building that size, or at the very least on your floor. Kind of frightening, actually.
