Patrons March Update

Hello there Patrons! Hope everyone is doing well. Had a pretty busy weekend and had to be out of town for a good chunk of it, but now I'm back and ready to get to work.

So what do we have coming up this month? Well for starters I'm working on the Rumble Fish Retrospective. Ran into a bit of a snag because the person I'd been in contact with to do the title card disappeared so now I need to find somebody else to draw it. But hopefully the video should be up this weekend.

Then after that is a bit of a grab bag of projects. There's two random projects I've been wanting to do for a while that I'll be working on (one of which should hopefully use our first hired editor, which we will be able to hire thanks to all your help). Then I will finally start working on the new fighting game spotlight show I've been wanting to do since last year. I've already started recording footage for several games we'll be talking about, but I'll go ahead and warn you all, we won't see this show still for several months. I realized if I tried to make a regular updating show now it would quickly stumble and screw up my schedule. So what I'm going to do is record 10 episodes, and then when they're all done we'll upload an episode every two weeks, creating twenty weeks of content, and that will be "Season 1" of the show. Then we'll take a break, see what people thought of the show, and take that and use it to build Season 2 for next year. 

So, what does that mean for all of you? Well obviously the $10 Patrons will get to see footage for these shows in advance, but here is where the $5 and up Patrons will get a lot to do. I've got six of the ten episodes for Season 1 planned out, but that leaves four more episodes. So we're going to host a tournament. Starting next week everyone at the $5 and up tier will get to vote on two games, then those games will make their way through the brackets and in the end the final four will be the four games/topics we do videos on for the show.

So there you have it, plenty to work on and I hope you guys are looking forward to it. And if you're a $1 Patron then don't worry, I'll still provide updates like a list of the games we'll be looking at, some title card art, stuff like that.
