2020-02-06 20:05:47 +0000 UTCThese speakers are also used for emergencies, like during a typhoon, so I think the music is a kind of test to make sure they still work. During the last typhoon here it was speaking warnings all day, but the wind was so loud that it was completely incomprehensible.
