Added 2021-03-15 07:03:21 +0000 UTCToday I sat down and had a look at my notes for CHRONOS, which I’m going to have to get into shape for MICF.
It’s funny thinking that I wrote this show more than a year ago, and having only performed it once, am to revive or rewrite it with another year under my belt. How much will I change, I think, going through it. What was that joke? The problem is that I tend to write out the fairly earnest bits in full and then intersperse my script with the set-list of actual jokes. So there’s a moderately witty half paragraph about the artificial cultural divide between mind and body and then just... “Bra Size Email”, which is (I assume) where the laugh is. It’s sort of like forensic archaeology on my own past mind.
Anyway, there’s a new Tea With Alice episode up in your podcatcher if you’re subscribed, and it’s my side of a Q&A I did in the most recent salon. It’s a bit of an experiment so let me know if it works.
