Updated tiers!

Hallo you lovely Patreonites, you mini-Medicis, you community of top notch folks with great taste in whatever this thing is.

As I mentioned a little while back, I’ve been planning to update the tiers for a little while, and then I procrastinated out of fear that everyone would storm off in disgust. But I’ve done it now! There are no wildly substantive changes apart from to the one-on-one calls, which were becoming unsustainable time wise.

So, instead, if you’re on one of the relevant levels, I’ll be doing weekly salons, starting next week. If you’re not, don’t worry about the rest of this post unless you’ve got an interest in people-logistics.

There will be one Salon a week from now on - I’ll run them on the same day, but in a different time zone each week, if that makes sense?

So say we pick tuesday (I’m open to whichever day of the week is going to suit most people); we’ll do:

• 7pm GMT (U.K. time) next Tuesday,
• 7pm PST (west coast US time) the Tuesday after that,
• 7pm AEST (Aus time) the Tuesday after that,
• and then either a week off, or 7pm in another time zone that suits some people better.

And the next month the same again.

You can come to whatever time suits you (so for example 7pm AEST is 8am GMT, and if you’re in the U.K. and would rather morning tea, that’s cool).

I’ll put up a post with the Zoom link and time the day before, and you bring yourself and your tea to the room at the assigned time for a chat. I’ll ramble for a bit and then we can just have a nice time. If you’re the only one to show up, or if ten people show up, it’ll be fun either way.

This is basically an online proxy for how I like to run my birthday parties - I just say “I’ll be in this park all afternoon” and people filter in and out as it suits them.

I have no idea how well this will work, and if it’s a disaster, we can try something else! I love talking to you all.

I’ll send out the links and passwords to all Afternoon Tea and and Tea and Snacks tier people for the next month, and then we’ll see where we’re at.
