Work in progress of my new/revamped pony model.

The new pony base model is almost done. I am going to wrap it up after I'm back from the holidays in January. There are a few things left to do on it, but I wanted to make a small post before then just to show what I'm working on at the moment. When the last features are done I am going to make a big post where I go through all the new features for the model. So expect a wall of text when that drops.

Currently I just have a few features left todo:
Face rigging, so I can do lots of varied expressions and nice lip control.
Muscle sculpt, shoulder, neck and rear muscle/tendon details.
New eyelashes, I want to try make eyelashes out of fine hairs this time around to give it a consistent look with the high fidelity mane.
Magic rear tattoo + eye colors!

I hope to be able to make a lot of new characters going forward, which I either use to make image sets or animation variants with. Here's a sneak peak at a new character that was being used to test some cloth physics with, can you guess which based on the silhouette?

Finally my Dash animation has been finished, she had not had an animation for a good while now. Render time ended up pretty long on this project, it took probably two weeks in total to get the videos + VR rendered fully. Animating the pose was a bit new for me, since it requires the two characters to interact with each other without clipping. I have learned a thing or two about the process, so I'll be able to apply that to future animations.

Next up I will focus fully on completing the revamped pony. It has been on the backburner for a while, with gradual progress now and then without fully focusing on it.

The revamped pony is a fully new model, textures, hair, animation rig and so on. Rebuilt from the ground up to look visually better, while also having better animation tools to let me work more efficiently. Over the years I have stumbled upon many bugs/mistakes and learned what works well in 3D, so my goal is to apply all that I have learned so far into a new model.

Keep an eye on the work in progress and feedback channel on the Discord server if you want frequent updates and input on the revamp.

I'm thinking of doing a solo animation with Twilight once the revamp is done, and then move on to make some new characters through character polls. Such as Trixie, Maud, Nightmare Moon, Chrysalis etc.

I tried out the OpenNSFW sound pack for this project to get some new plappy sounds, I have been using the same sound files for a good while so this lets me expand my sound library with a lot of new variation in sound.

I am going to work on the Rainbow Dash animation next and then wrap up the work I have left on the pony revamp model so I can finally use it.

July was a busy month for me irl, most people I know take their vacation during this month so I didn't manage to work as much as other months. The heat was very excessive in Europe (no ACs) so I left my battlestation and took some time off when it was impossible to focus. So my hope is for the next animation loop is it will be finished much quicker, when less distractions are around.

I wanted to experiment and see if I could make shorter animations inbetween my longer projects. If they are quick to make, and are liked by people, I’ll try out some additional ideas in the future since this shorter format lets me explore a lot more animation scenarios.

I’m planning on uploading more camera angles, along with no lingerie/naked variant and a slightly extended version. I thought I was going to be able to upload that today, but I had some issues with the rendering that required me to re-render a lot of it. Making it impossible to complete before I left for a week’s vacation. However, I got this camera angle finished before I had to go, luckily! Once I’m back I’ll render those other angles/variants and see if there’s a way to speed up the rendering for my scenes. It had a surprisingly long render time, so I am going to sit down and figure out why. And learn some valuable optimizing for future projects.

I’m also going to see if I can expand my sound library with some new plappy sounds when I’m back. And if so I’ll add those sound effects to this loop(s).

After this loop I’ll start working on the Rainbow Dash animation.

Working with clothes can be fun, I learned a couple of new things about cloth animation when I had to make the 'strips' of the chaps sway with the movement. It normally is a challenge due to how many individual small models have to collide with each other, but with the right tools it is possible.

Next up I will be working on several projects. I have a Rainbow Dash animation to make which was voted for previously. I will also dip my toes into making shorter animation loops and seeing if that is a good thing or not. Making shorter clips between longer videos means I can explore more themes + characters and upload more frequently. And then l will also get the pony revamp done, so I can use it after the Rainbow Dash animation.

The next animation with Applejack is soon done, I have rendered all of the sex scenes + VR for it, and created this image set while I was waiting for that to finish. I still have to make the intro scenes for it, but it should be animatable in a few days so I will try get it done asap.

My next goal is to get the revamped pony model finished toward the end of this month. So that it is ready to animate with after my next animation. It will be a noticable visual improvement once I switch to those models, so I can't wait to start using it.

Winner of the previous animation poll was Rainbow Dash, so she is the one I will animate with next and most likely my last animation before I make the switch to the new models.

Luna animation finally finished! Render time took long for the project overall, especially the VR version. However, the VR version did not end up as I fully intended. The camera ended up moving too much which might cause motion sickness. So I will re-render the VR version and upload a final version once that is done rendering.

For future projects I will also upload the main video before I upload VR, so that there isn’t an extra one or two week wait in case the VR takes a while to finish.

I learned some good things about ass and booba physics in this project, which is how I got the boobs to squish and jiggle really nicely. Which is something I haven’t been able to do before.

I will work on an Applejack animation next. (And meantime in the background I will render the Luna VR fixes). I haven’t decided which pony to animate after that yet. But I might do a poll and ask around a bit to see what kind of things people are interested in seeing next.

The revamp is progressing nicely and I’m currently adjusting its rigging. It is able to bend its body a lot better than my original model (such as bending neck forward to lie on their back, important for missionary and mating press animations). In about two animations from now I would like to have the revamp model finished and ready to be used. So I will do my best to focus and get that done within time!

First animation of Luna done, render time for this project was hefty. There is something about transparent cloth and dark lighting that makes the scenes take x2 time to render. Hopefully the RTX-5000 series is around the corner, buying another render machine with new GPUs would speed up that process.

I'm thinking of doing another Luna animation next (longer animation) since she has not gotten the same treatment as the other princesses yet. 🍆

And then after that I have an AJ animation planned. However I haven't locked in what idea to animate after AJ yet.

Pony revamp is also progressing, I'm done with the modeling and moved on to making a good skeleton/rig for animating. (If anyone has a fair amount of knowledge about rigging and want to help out, send me a message on Discord). My website is also finished and I will be testing it out in a few days to make sure it can handle all the bandwidth of people downloading images and videos.

This was a hefty animation to work on, but it was highly worth it due to being requested for a long time. I am going to work on one or more Luna animations next since she's one of the Princesses that need some more videos. I'm thinking one shorter and one longer video of her would be good. There are daily streams on the Discord server lately for those that want frequent updates, and I'll also post work in progress on the server as I start on Luna.

I have an idea with Applejack that I may also do for one of the upcoming animations.

I'm also still working on the pony revamp, I'm letting it take the time it needs to make the design good. I will post some more images of that when I have some big chunk of progress done. I am going to see if I can get my gallery website up and running soon enough too, it has some additional testing that needs to be done first.

Work in progress II

Work in progress for the next Twilight animation. 🦄

The next Twilight animation is making good progress. I have animated 95% of it so far, with only small tweaks, hair and ass jiggle + ball physics left to do. I ended up being sick for a full week during this month, but worked hard once I recovered to catch up on the work.

The scene plays out in a hidden garden in Canterlot, hopefully out of view from anypony that walks by. 👀

When I start rendering I usually have to wait for a couple of days until it is all done. That is when I will also animate the intro for the video. All in all I expect the animation to be around 2:10-2:30 mins long once it is finished. I try to stream my progress daily on the Discord server, so if you want to see frequent updates you can take a peek in there.

After I am done with this animation I will attempt to do a shorter video before I do another two minute animation. Possibly something with Luna, since it has been a while since she last had a video compared to Celestia and Cadance.

I am also almost done setting up a gallery website where I will host all my images and videos in the future. The site has search functionality, so it will be easier to find all my content there than sites like Dropbox. I will beta test and collect feedback about the site soon through the Discord server to make sure it's as good as it can get before I launch it.

Work in progress for the next Twilight animation. 🦄

I have been working on a new animation with Twilight. I normally only post my work in progress in the Discord server, but decided to share some of the clips here too for those that don't check the wip channel too often.

It's going to be a 2:00-2:30 minute animation with lots of voice acting, intro and climax. So far I have animated the main loops and will work on intro, climax and facial expressions next. And then apply the jiggle/physics + make the armor not clip and so on. It's a big animation I but I will do my best to get it done in July.

I'm also working on my pony revamp, it's progressing well but I'm taking the time needed to tweak it. I would like it to end up as good as possible, since I will be using this updated model for many years going forward. I post polls sometimes in the Discord channels to help me gather feedback, so if you ever want to give me some input that you think would be useful you can post it there.

I decided to spend extra time on this animation to learn about cloth simulations and object physics (like the chains). It took about 1-2 weeks to learn about it enough so I could use it in the scene, which uses up some time in the short run. But in the long run it lets me sew clothing patterns to use for ponies, apply gravity and wind to cloth, and have proper physics for chains and ropes. (Won't have to spend that time twice and re-learn it in the future). It's always fun to learn new things like that which can be used for many of my future animations, since it increases the quality of my animations further.

Next up I will work on the anticipated Twilight x Royal Guard animation. I'm also working 50/50 on revamping my models still, since it's a process that takes a few months.

I will be working on an ass tease animation next (most likely with Celestia), it was a while ago since I made one. Ass teases look quite good in VR and I would like to challenge myself to animate it within a short period of time. After that I am jumping straight into the Twilight animation, it will be a longer animation so I will post work in progress of that in the regular channel as it progresses.

I'm also progressing on the pony revamp alongside the animation projects, so that I can have a higher quality model in the future with less limitations. It will take some time and focus, but will be fully worth it once finished.

I'm currently spending time on several cool projects that I hope to complete in due time. It makes me have to shift focus to work on several things at the same time, but it will be worth it in the long run once it is completed.

The Twi animation I have planned is a fairly long and complex animation with lots of voice acting and an intro sequence, so I am thinking of animating one or two slightly smaller (but still good) animations before I jump into a big project like that. Where I can try out some new theme such as blowjob/deepthroat.

I will be delving into new animation themes next that people have been heavily requesting. So far I have two animations on my todo list that I will do next, and I will gradually add more animations later that people are interested in. At the same time I will also be spending time updating/revamping my pony models with new quality and tech, using the 3D knowledge I have learned to implement improvements to my models. It will take some time and focus to finish that, but it will be worth it once finished.

The next animation is halfway done and will include an intro together with a sex scene, so it should end up with a fairly long animation length. I will be rendering a VR version for that animation as well.

Fleur has been finished and I will be able to use her for future projects. I am going to add her lighter hair strands once she's in a final render (since that's missing in this image).

I am also looking into updating my animation rig and character model a bit, such as adding a bit better animation controls for facial animation, more flexible body motion to be able to do more poses, more anatomical details and so on. It will be a pretty hefty project to work on so I will post further about that once I progress on it, the end result will further increase the quality of my work.

I have mostly been working on Pinkie this month, along with some new long term clop projects that I will be able to show off once they're ready. I am planning on revamping parts of my models to increase the quality even further, but it may be a few months down the line until that is finished due to the amount of work involved.

Pinkie was the last pony of the mane 6 to be made. Meaning that the next character creation polls will include ponies outside of the mane 6. Next pony to be made is Fleur, which is a pony I had planned to make for a long while. But after that I will do a poll for which character I should create next.

It took some time to render this animation due to the glass and water in the scene, but it's really worth it for the end result. I got to make use of the butt physics I have been learning about too.

I'm halfway done with another animation that I will finish next. Then I am moving on to a new animation, image set and character projects, such as creating Pinkie Pie.

I spent some extra time on this animation to teach myself some more about butt physics™️, which allowed me to squish different bodies or objects together. That way Celestia and Luna could softly lean upon each other, and the magic hands could interact with their rear, which results in squish and jiggle motions being added to their bodies.

Those physics will be super useful for a future shower animation with Cadance I have planned. In which she will be pressing her rear against shower glass, where physics like these would be used to make her butt squish nicely against the glass as one would expect it to.

I also spent some time working on another animation that I am half-way done with. Once I have finished that one I will be working on the Cadance shower animation.

Most of this month has been spent on setting up Applejack and making a new barn environment for her, which will be useful next time I do an animation with either her or Big Mac. I have a few cool ideas with Applejack that I may attempt to do next, unless some other idea takes priority.

Next character to be made is Pinkie, since she's the last mane 6 that has yet to be made. I won't work on her immediately but she's on my to-do list. After Pinkie I'll add character creation polls for villains and background characters.

Rarity animation ended up being a lot of work to finish, so I am happy to have finally completed it. I also spent about 1.5-2 weeks learning + researching new jiggle/skin physics that lets me collide and jiggle different bodies. End result of the new jiggle physics is far more complex and realistic than my previous jiggle motions. Will be a very cool thing to use for all my future animations!

The Royal Guard

The Royal Guard have been finished. I will be able to use these new characters for some of my future animations. Guard has several fur + genital color variations for me to use if there is ever more than one present in a scene.

The purple royal guard is captain armor, while the gold colored bronze armor is for regular royal guards. Might do a Luna/night version of the armor in the future too.

I got the idea to make a new animation with Cadance just recently, so I worked on this project while I was looking for a new voice actress. (Lexxi who normally voice act in my animations is currently away). Very excited to have been able to finish it in a short amount of time, considering I had to pause my other project.

With the new voice actress I am going to return to work on the next animation which is already about 70% done. It's a new medium length animation with climax, so I hope to have it done this month too.

Celestia 3D figurine and making Shining Armor is also on my to-do list for things to complete.

I am about 70% done with a new medium length animation with climax, but I am currently waiting for the voice actress to come back from their break. Once they are back I can finish it.

I will do a few other varied projects in the meantime, possibly another princess animation, Celestia 3D figurine and making Shining Armor. It's fun to work on smaller and varied projects, so I will work things off one by one.
