How is everyone doing? I hope all is well.
I'd like to provide a sneak peek at another short story I've been working on over my break last year. This is another short story featuring the Tanaka family. It focuses on Satsujin’s second overdose and will touch on some dark topics. I wrote a lot over the break and I write a lot when I’m overwhelmed.
I am not sure about the page count as I am still editing. I will release it free to patrons, half in the $5 tier and the full version on the advanced $10 tier. I will release it to the public for purchase on the Patreon shop. If you are in the $5 tier, you can choose to upgrade or purchase it from the Patreon shop! 2025-03-04 19:19:37 +0000 UTChonestly,,, don’t mind my ramble, but the simple resistance of satsujin against karasu’s further attempts to stop him is something rather common. the brothers, individually, grief differently with their mother’s death, and the life they are weighted under. and it’s always important to remember that one’s grief, even in shared spaces, is theirs alone to deal with. i’m very, very endeared with the fact you’ve managed to show that grief isn’t always handled with a strong mind, and that there are extremes taken when one is both young and fundamentally feeble 🩵
