Dire Situation

I've been dealing with a family issue for the past several months, and it's been escalating instead of getting better. I've been helping my family pay off a debt that has been accruing so much interest. The final due date is tomorrow, and the remaining amount we need to pay it is around $4K. It's so much it's hurting my stomach.
This situation has really been affecting my mental health; giving me anxiety and severe depression. It's been difficult for me to concentrate on my work. I know I've already asked for help, but I am really in a terrible situation right now. I want to ask for help again, to resolve this problem.
