Tip: Don't subscribe to Patreon using your iPhone
Added 2025-03-12 11:50:47 +0000 UTCApple is now charging 30% extra for all Patreon subscriptions made using the iOS app on iPhone (and perhaps through the app store on OSX).
The simple way around this is to log in to the Patreon website and subscribe there, you can still use the Patreon app on your phone.

That's been the case for about anything that is available on Web to subscribe too. If there is a way to subscribe outside of the App Store, it'll save you some dollars
