By the way they react to Joan getting no credit for her work, you know they have never worked a single day in their life. I would say the situation Joan faced is unfair, but also the same thing happened to Duck last episode. Duck did a lot of work, but Don gets all the credit, and he was easily replaced. But they didn't mind but felt a little sorry for him, and that's it. A lot of other accounts and copywriters throughout the show also did the extra work for their bosses and got no credit, both men and women; that's what most of the work conditions are even today. But when a woman a season ago who cheated with a married man willingly got treated badly, they felt so angry they needed to burn down the office. Wonder why this episode ended with the father singing and playing guitar? Because no one in this show cares if he has any other hobby besides being a father. The show is not for them; everyone is a victim in this show due to different reasons, and not just women.
