Progress report
Added 2025-08-06 14:23:57 +0000 UTCsince we have 1 "branch" fully playable now, I'm focusing on the actual Intro & mechanics and the animations to support it.
animated & scripted & made dialogue for the first part of the Intro sequence. She will sit above you on the cart ordering you to set up camp (here you can get real nice sneak peek you know where into). Once you're done doing the prompts, she will move to the campfire where you can once again engage in a dialogue where she will eventually ask for some wine. Everything up to sitting beside her near campfire is 100% playable, I still need to script taking different potions and animate player giving her the filled flask, her drinking it and reacting to it.
after I have all gameplay & UI set up, I will simply plug the poses in (ones currently done and ones I will do).
also added some small assets & details like food, making some assets more visible in the dark, torch mechanic which can be wall-mounted, held by a character or held by your POV camera, added mechanic preventing you flying out of the playable zone with your camera, etc.
I don't like showing the intro parts of my scenes so there are none today, and besides you have already seen screenshots of her sitting by campfire and on top of the cart. This wasn't animated at the time. I don't have much non-adult animation left to do, but giving a person an object in VAM is not easy to do, so it will, as always, be a challenge.
