[Hotfix] Russian Banya Experience

- fixed her lifting her feet too soon during Back Whisking segment. The whisk and feet animations will no longer desync.
Extended version:
- fixed DiviningRod not being enabled upon firing Doggy and Missionary segments. He will no longer "miss"
Sorry guys! But to be fair, with this kind of scene there will be lots, lots more bugfixes.
