“Yuki, this means?” Delia looked at Yuki with hope in her eyes. She was hoping that they could create the pocket dimension right away.

“Not yet. I wish I could say we could, but at this time, it is impossible. These runes only cast a spell to slow time for three seconds. It is the basic of the basics but from here on out, with trial and error, I should be able to create a pocket dimension. I just hope my spiritual qi will hold out.” Yuki had no idea how long it would take or how much spiritual qi she would need. She only knew that she was in short supply.

“Oh…” Delia looked at Nana, who was smiling away and sighed. This girl was just happy that Yuki was doing everything she could for her.

In another location, Selene, Chi, and Silvia were not having a good time. “What the hell is up with this forest!?”

“I have no idea, but there are some really big demonic beasts!” Chi cried out. She was currently being carried by Selene. Silvia was running at their side, using her webbing to slow the giant beast.

“Selene, we can’t keep this up. My webs are not as strong without being infused with spiritual qi.” Silvia was not sure what they were going to do if they kept this up.

“We just need to find a place that will allow us a chance to rest that that thing can not enter. I really do not remember the last time I was forced to run for my life like this.” Selene really wanted to cry. They had just reached the forest and entered it when this damn thing began chasing them for what felt like days now.

“I am mostly surprised that that thing is able to keep running for so long.” Chi really wondered where its stamina came from.

“More like I am surprised we are still outrunning it. We are not even using spiritual qi.” Selene and the others wanted to use spiritual qi, but they did not dare to. Unless they had no choice, it was better not to since they would never know when they would need to use it to protect themselves.

“What if this monster just likes wolf and fox girls? If I split off, would it continue to follow you or me?” Silvia was actually wondering this. The fluff was hard to resist.

“What if we try it out? If it follows you, you can sacrifice yourself to save us. We will tell Yuki that you went down in a feat of glory.” Selene shot back.

“No thanks. I would rather not. I mean, what if it just wants to eat spider meat? Wouldn’t I be the perfect meal?” Silvia really did not wish to be eaten alive.

“Hahaha! Don’t worry, we would never let you die. At that time, we would use our abilities to protect you.” Chi grinned she found her two sisters to be really amusing. Even Silvia had been much more open as of late bantering with Selene.

“Chi, I think you just want Silvia to give you lots of love later, which is why you are sucking up.” Selene teased.

“Like you don’t enjoy it!” Chi playfully knocked Selene in the head. The three girls had very close bonds. They were friends, sisters and lovers. They each held a deep love for Yuki, which brought them even closer.

“Don’t worry, I will be sure to use my relaxation techniques on you two when we reach a safe place and can get cleaned up.” Silvia grinned before sending out another wave of webs to once more slow the monster down.

“Grandfather! Why can’t I deal with that bitch!?” Claire yelled out. “I worked so hard to get to where I am at and now this girl just walks in and is about to take my position as the goddess of the Academy!”

“Claire, you have no idea who you are messing with. If I say not to do anything, then I mean it. I swear if you even so much as appear in front of her and give her a dirty look. I will lock you away in a nunnery for the rest of your life! You do not know what I know. I can not tell you, or else I would have to deal with her wraith, and I be damned if I will deal with it. That girl is not here to try to take anything from you. She is only here for a single reason. If you ignore her and keep doing what you are doing, maybe before you graduate, she will have already disappeared.” The Dean looked at his Granddaughter and wondered where he went wrong. He wondered if he had allowed her to act too freely within the Academy.

“I will not stand for this! Grandfather, am I even your granddaughter!?” Tears welled up in Claire’s eyes. No one has ever yelled at her like this. She felt it was unfair. She should be treated like a princess! But now she was being yelled at and threatened, and it was all that bitches fault!
