Impulse doesn’t give any routing options that I’m aware of, your best bet would be duplicating impulse multiple times to have the individual sounds on one track!

2024-01-17 15:44:32 +0000 UTCThanks! Another question if you don't mind. So if i use Abletons Impulse rack. Is it possible to route the audio of every sample to their own channels. The whole "audio to" whatever option in session view. Impulse can keep it's midi UI but i still get the frozen audio on their own channels. Sorry for my confusing trail of thoughts. English is not my main language. Thanks for the help so far.

2024-01-17 15:32:40 +0000 UTCHey dude appreciate you!! So the main thing is with having them seperate you have more control over them (and tbh looks more visually appealing) although with lots of drum racks you can pretty much edit and mix them the same way so tbh it is just preference!

2024-01-17 15:22:48 +0000 UTCHey! Been following you on IG for a while. Been a Patreon for a few weeks. I have a question, i see a ton of producers online that seperate their programmed drumtracks on different channels. One for HH/Percs, one for snares, one for kicks and so on. I don't normaly do that, i often use Abletons Impulse drum rack with custom samples. And sometime Native Instruments "Battery". All of these results in the drums being on one stem/track/channel. is there any pros and cons to doing drums this way?
