This has not been tested with the the new phys bones, it may have problems!! My birthday is coming up uwu so I remade the birthday badge I made last year! I put some textures in there, but feel free to make your own and have fun with it :) It has bones in the ribbons so they can move with dynamic bones if you'd like that also.
