Ah good ! Yeah the same amount of parts that is added to the basecoat mix - & then i clarify how many parts of the new paint that is added - for example i mention 1 part of mournfang brown to the basecoat mix ( Baseocoat mix is : 3:1:1 mix of english uniform, mournfang brown & japenese uniform=)

2021-04-19 15:49:20 +0000 UTCYeah i think i understand! But one more clarification question if you dont mind. So when you start adding other colors to the base coat do you basically do a 1:1 mix of the base coat and the new color, and just add accordingly?

2021-04-19 15:40:51 +0000 UTCHey :) Yeah there is quite a change. WHen i say basecoat mix, its the first mix i use in the tutorial - wich i call the Basecoat mix. That means that there isnt added any other paints to it than the colours mentioned in the basecoat mix - I normally have a huge pile of the basecoat mix . because then i can use it later on if i need it. FOr example for the shading :) Hope it makes more sence?

2021-04-19 15:10:04 +0000 UTCSo ive noticed a change in the way your tutorial wordings are and they are kind of confusing for me. So in this one when you get to the shading phase, you say "by adding 1pt of mournfang brown to the base mix" But we've been adding our brighter reflection color, Japanese Uni., to the base mix. Do you have 2 totally separate mixes for the highlights and the shading that just have the starting base , Or is it all one big mix. I hope I worded that enough to make sense.
