Video - SSR1 driven by an A.I.

Hi guys,

I was recently approached by some people who are working on a project called Voxta, which is an AI platform. They were interested in connecting up sex toys. This is the result of some C# programming that I did as a proof of concept.

The best thing about this project is that Voxta is capable of running without any of the annoying censorship that the mainstream corporate providers insist on hobbling their systems with. This means that it's a much more open playground for this kind of fun experimentation.

It turns out if you give the AI the ability to control and cut off the stimulation it becomes a massive tease! As you know I've played with randomising algorithms before and I can tell you already that this is nothing like that, this is something different and on a whole new level!

If you're interested be sure to check out: https://voxta.ai. You can also support the project on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/Voxta/posts.

I'm going to be playing with this a bit more in the near future. Apart from anything else I want to see if I can incorporate sensors and user control buttons into my devices that can further enhance the interaction between the AI and the user.

Take a watch and let me know what you guys think!

It's currently sat on my PC. I'll dust it off and post it on the Voxta discord in the next few days.

TempestVR

Is the code somewhere so we can play with this?

Michael Fread

There are voxta credits that come along with a patreon subscription but the software isn't locked to their cloud, it supports locally and remote options for textgen, tts, stt, etc.

Michael Fread

Where can I find the Alpha 4 parts. Cant find a post. Will of course update subscription to Maker then. But doesn’t make sense if there is no parts.

For those who are liking my comment, Khrull (on Patreon / Discord) has released a wireless version for the SSR1.

J

Many of us have GPU's already, and are mainly interested in locally hosted products that run like a game, not a cloud service that requires a subscription. FWIW. I have a 4090, for example. Paying for an unlimited cloud service with that kind of power would be very expensive. This is a cool demo though.

John

Do you think we will get WIFI ESP32 support for the SSR this month?

J

Yeah Elevenlabs is expensive. Fortunately there are cheaper alternatives.

TempestVR

Hold on, do you mean if I wanted to use this voice for Voxta as used in above demo.. that I would have to pay for that Elevenlabs.ai TTS voice service myself with a $22 *per month* fee??

geo_gan

Elevenlabs.ai TTS is really very very very good (we use it in our iRacing League to do the voiceover for post-race wrapups), but it's also very very very expensive. 100k/characters/mo for $22 seems pretty reasonable, and it really is for doing the voiceover work - but I chewed through 35k characters in 2 days messing around with Voxta last month. =) Fortunately, Voxta also includes Silero TTS which isn't as good, but runs locally for free.

Jonathon Barton

It does. I should have caught that, myself.

Bella

They've really come a long way with the voice synthesis haven't they. At no point did it not sound like a real woman there. Only slightly quirky thing is the long processing delay as they try and figure out next line to say.

geo_gan

More convincing dialogue, and more accurate action inference, which is what's driving the stroker movements.

TempestVR

I'm not exactly certain what you mean by 'better' in that context.

We've got some stuff coming in the near future that should make it a lot easier to connect TCode devices to SLR content. Keep an eye out for that.

TempestVR

There was a full stop on the end. Should work now.

TempestVR

So Voxta actually uses NovelAI's API. Or at least it can if you want to. You have a choice which LLM you use for it. This one is actually a LLM running on a remote GPU, which is actually a bit better than NovelAI.

TempestVR

This is really interesting, but the link given for voxta.ai first has a certificate error, then gets a 404 not found.

i'll like to see it on the SR6, doing 100% long stokes. fast slow. moderate. ect. so far with my SR6. the device itself is awesome but the scripts all cut short on long stroking. on average i'd say most the scripts i'v messed with have been only moving the SR6 1.5 inches. not even 2 inch strokes. ok at very most once in a while a 2.5 inch stroke. thats once in a while too and very far few between all the scripts i'v messed with. kinda pisses me off bcause its limiting the SR6's capibalities a good bit. at this point, the Keon was doing longer strokes. anyone know of scripts that use the SR6's full stroking abilities by chance?? also. actually i just thouht about it. but i recently restored my windows 10 since it was laggy as heck. since then though, the SLR site and the Quest 2 hasn't been syncing on the Joyfunplayer. it says im logged int but for soem reason now after the restore, its not comunicating with the SR6. i like using SLR because you can speed up a video and there for speed up the script, makes up for the short strokes that most scripts do ya know lol.. any help, that be awesome. Also Tempest... im eyeing that SSR1 now btw lol :))

Lance L KImble

Fascinating! Perhaps at some point I'll have to try using NovelAI's API to perform a similar function (although whenever Aetherroom comes out that'll probably be more suited to this specific interaction format).
