There's just something about villains (real and fictional) who manipulate because they don't know anything else. @17:19: There's something so... frustrating about how Fisk knows *some* ASL but will always default to using an interpreter. He doesn't love his "niece" Maya enough to learn enough of her language to manipulate her properly. @20:46: Creasy Skate Attendent looks like and has the same vibe as Boyd Holbrook, the asshole from Logan, but it's not him. According to IMDb, he played the younger version of Malick in AoS. The original Marvel Comics really focused on New York City, because that's where the headquarters is and where all the original writers lived, but one of the best things that the MCU has done has been to allow the stories to exist in other locations. Runaways transplanted the entire story to Los Angeles. The underrated Cloak and Dagger completely reinvented the comic by setting it in New Orleans. Echo reconnecting Maya with her roots in Oklahoma I feel does the same thing. Can't wait to see more!
