I see one song by them for November? They were never my favorite but Mark’s analyses have helped me appreciate them much more. If you’re going to whine, at least offer a suggestion of what you’d prefer instead; otherwise, that’s what FB is for.

2025-11-08 21:59:22 +0000 UTCI’m choosing to be selfish and believe my repeated mentions of Rx Bandits got them on this channel. I’m choosing to believe that because I also want to will BAD ASTRONAUT into the rotation. As far as I’m concerned, Drinking Problem is one of the greatest albums ever made.

2025-11-08 21:55:58 +0000 UTCI really hope we get more Saves the Day! Freakish is far from the song I would have chosen to represent them. It was mentioned in the video that he thought they likely had a few different sounds which is certainly the case, especially when that song is the sample piece. Would love something off Through Being Cool.

2025-11-05 19:55:43 +0000 UTCOr would it be I can't request ALL in December then lol. Sorry forgetting what the rules are here
Ray Dweck
2025-11-03 04:54:04 +0000 UTCQuestion: since we've got an ALL two-for-one coming this month does that mean we can't request ALL songs when the song requests open up this month? I ask because I've been requesting ALL every month but I can switch it up, or hold off
Ray Dweck
2025-11-03 04:52:42 +0000 UTCFree your soul.. and save my mind- suicidal tendencies. Josh Paul is such an underrated bassist!
Donnie Guerin
2025-11-02 02:13:46 +0000 UTCI guess i can skip most of november and the whole of december because it'll be full of Propagandhi again >_<

2025-11-01 13:24:59 +0000 UTCWoohoo!
Nina Daggett
2025-11-01 05:11:13 +0000 UTCAgreed, both those songs are killer.
CJ LoBaido
2025-11-01 04:04:16 +0000 UTCWe gotta request something from Smash. Maybe Bad Habit or Gotta Get Away? Then we can vote the album in.
CJ LoBaido
2025-11-01 04:02:47 +0000 UTCFinally some Authority Zero!!
CJ LoBaido
2025-11-01 04:01:29 +0000 UTCThey aren’t a monthly thing, if that’s what you’re asking, but they certainly aren’t done!

2025-11-01 03:17:14 +0000 UTCIt's very kind of Mark to include that Saves the Day song. I think this is the first time one song was requested by four people who all got a double digit number of votes for it and still couldn't secure first or second place. Perhaps it came in third, but whatever the case, it's getting reviewed anyway and that's a small victory. It's too bad the terrific NOFX and Mad Caddies songs battling it out with them for third place got left out. I hope their day comes eventually too.

2025-10-31 22:35:33 +0000 UTCOn yesterday's AFI "All Hallows EP" review, you mentioned you like a good switch-up. Definitely check out AFI's "Synesthesia"
Jay
2025-10-31 22:20:56 +0000 UTCLooks like a good month! Hope to see Green Day "Dookie" and The Offspring "Smash" album reviews eventually :)
Jay
2025-10-31 22:13:57 +0000 UTCDid the Mixtapes stop being a thing? I don't remember seeing one for the past two months now.

2025-10-31 21:04:58 +0000 UTCBeen following the YouTube channel, so excited when I saw jeff rosenstock and Bomb the music industry on there! Full disclosure, joined the patreon so I can vote to get you to do a full album of his lol did a speed run watching just about every full album reaction this week. Great November line up, I'm hoping you really like strung out as much as i do, and with any luck my vote will help get jeff on the December line up!
Matt Kuehnel
2025-10-31 18:48:02 +0000 UTCReally good month too, sincerely. Happy to see Saves the Day on here and the Propagandhi and Bouncing Souls choices are great. Coheed, Sleep for something a bit different
Ray Dweck
2025-10-31 18:20:02 +0000 UTCAwesome! ALL! Karl Alvarez is just flyin' in that band
Ray Dweck
2025-10-31 18:08:02 +0000 UTCShame Caddies didn't make it. It was close this time though! Nice to see Authority Zero. Although i would have preferred something like 'Over Seasons' or 'One More Minute'.
Jan Grimm
2025-10-31 17:50:12 +0000 UTCOh my god, idk how many months in a row I suggested Revolution. It never won enough votes but I'm so stoked to see it on this month's lineup! 🔥
Robert Ramirez
2025-10-31 17:44:45 +0000 UTCHuge Saves the Day fan but I can’t figure out why this is the song people want to hear
Aukai Ligairi
2025-10-31 17:18:54 +0000 UTCIt’s an interesting selection and several I’m looking forward to
Aukai Ligairi
2025-10-31 17:13:10 +0000 UTCIdk how this is possible, but that’s a Fat band I’ve never heard of
Aukai Ligairi
2025-10-31 17:11:30 +0000 UTCOmg I can’t wait to see Mark’s face when Nation States plays

2025-10-31 17:10:03 +0000 UTCSaves The Day, All, and Kajagoogoo? Chritmas is a month early.

2025-10-31 17:06:04 +0000 UTCNO ALL!!
Dustin Roberts
2025-10-31 16:37:53 +0000 UTCKajagoogoo? Wow! I only know them from a commercial in the early 90s for a best of the 80s mail-order CD, but that chorus bit from the commercial is eternally burned into my memory. (I am excited about the full lineup as well, but had to comment about that, lol)
Chris J
2025-10-31 16:37:29 +0000 UTCALL!
Patrick Kim
2025-10-31 16:36:12 +0000 UTCI'd swear I asked for too shy at least once in the song requests.
Javier
2025-10-31 16:16:35 +0000 UTCDude YES! TOO SHY! Nick Beggs is a nasty bassist
Javier
2025-10-31 16:15:40 +0000 UTCI'm happy to see some All love here. In 7th grade (1990) my buddy handed me some coped tapes of the Sex Pistols, Ramones, Decendents, All, and Doughboys. That was my punk rock baptism. At the time, I was hooked on All more than any of the others. In time, the Decendents moved into their permanent spot atop my favorite bands list.
Matt Willis-Goode
2025-10-31 16:07:34 +0000 UTCI'm not into the Strokes but I have a somewhat crazy recent story about them. I was coming home from San Diego last weekend and stopped at a thrift store. I never find any remotely decent records at a thrift store. I find 15 seven inches by the Strokes there. One is worth $200. I ended up with roughly $500 worth of records I paid $40.
Joe
2025-10-31 16:00:39 +0000 UTCI saw Sleep in my periphery and briefly thought it was time for the Lagwagon song that set 14 year old me on the punk path—Double Plaidinum was the 2nd CD I ever owned because I heard Sleep and mistakenly thought it was on DP (we had to look things up onn56k dial-up back the !). Coincidentally, Hopeless Romantic was one of the others.

2025-10-31 15:55:28 +0000 UTCI love November!!!
Mariana
2025-10-31 15:47:47 +0000 UTCSleep! My favorite Fat Wreck band!!!!!!! 😁 I saw them in a barn venue in Iowa. There were many Orange amps and lots of weed. Matt Pike wasn't wearing a shirt.
Jason Humphreys
2025-10-31 15:47:03 +0000 UTCExcited to finally get Coheed & Cambria and the Strokes!
Greg G
2025-10-31 15:46:49 +0000 UTCI am involved and not stoked!
Jeff Harstead
2025-10-31 15:43:21 +0000 UTCWell, pretty sure all parties involved are stoked on November.
