Free Physical Adventure for Y'all

Howdy Folks,

So I have been up to my eyeballs in work, travel, and planning for a new addition to my household, which has left precious little time for writing. This past month, I have mostly been working on a project for Kobold Press that they commissioned me and my pal from Knight at the Opera blog to write, but don't have much to show for it (or rather, it isn't mine to show). I've also gone on a number of podcasts to promote the still ongoing Barkeep Jam! Weekly Scroll; Weird People, Weirder Games; Yes Indie'd; and Fear of the Black Dragon all have recent episodes featuring my melodious voice. I think the interview at Yes Indie'd was particularly interesting.

However, as a sign of my great-good appreciation for your continued patronage of my arts, I wanted to at least offer to ship all the members, down from the lowly sewer scrubber to the highest tycoon amongst you, a copy of my first adventure, Big Rock Candy Hexcrawl, and a bookmark for Barkeep on the Borderlands, pro bono. I'll message y'all for shipping addresses and then get that sent out hopefully over the coming month. I think it would be neat to do something like this roughly yearly, always with a RPG product that is small enough to fit in an envelope (and thus not necessitate high shipping costs, that bane of the modern TTRPG creator). It won't be exactly annually, but totally on a random, ad-hoc basis. That's the best way to do it.

In other news, I will be headed to GenCon next week! Reach out if you're going and I'd be happy to meet you, et cetera. It's my first hobby related convention so I'm going to be playing the role of the wide-eyed yokel, taking it all in with awe. I'd like to write daily blog posts detailing my experiences at the con, but we will see if I have the energy to do that on top of just attending. My eyes are often bigger than my stomach.
