I see 2 viable options. 1) Do these out-of-channel extras as Patreon only content. 2) Create a second channel for the stuff that doesn't fit the main. Release to Patreon then to the second channel a week or 2 later. Most of all, be authentic. If you like it and want to do a video on it, then make one. See what hits and what doesn't. Those of us here clearly love you and support you. That makes us great test subjects for different content ideas.
