SUP MY PATREON CREW.💜 I uploaded a video on my YouTube channel versus making a long text post due to preventing more screen time from last night's health scare. Feel free to check it out whenever you'd like or if you're interested to hear details but in case you want a short version of it (which I don't mind to make one here for my Crew):
I had a supposed panic attack yesterday which heightened my blood pressure, which I am currently on a double dosage of it until my numbers go back to my usual "normal" level. The reason why I say its supposed is because of having no real confirmation with happened, which is unfortunately normal for people with lupus and on the many medications that we're on to survive. I was advised to take a "digital detox" to not necessarily deal a social media obsession or anything, but to rest my brain and my eyes from the overload amount of screen time that I ideally shouldn't be doing due to my CNS lupus.
As of today and right now, I would like to make a "comeback" on Patreon to at least edit and post what I've already filmed for the month of April for y'all. I will determine that based on how I feel and heal. With the exception of SUGA's comeback, Taeyang and Lisa's collab, and my PIXY concert vlog, I will be taking a longer hiatus on YouTube until I am physically ready to create content again. Also, I will be out of town for my sister's bachelorette getaway from the 20th to the 23rd, and we will be off-grid and amongst nature so I will use my time wisely there to relax, have fun with my sister and our girlfriends, and to focus on healing.
I know 99.9999999% of y'all are super kind and very understanding with me and my health issues, but I'd still like to express my apologies for overdoing myself when I know better than to do that. My parents luckily will provide the financial support for me to start seeing my therapist again to dig deeper into what I am the way I am with my work ethic and how to grab the reins of it.
I hope y'all are doing well, I sincerely mean that. With the tragic news of Moonbin from ASTRO, I can't express enough how important mental health is. And coming from someone who can tend to feel alone a lot due to my certain struggles (physically and mentally), I try my best to remember that I have people who are here for me to guide me through the hard paths in life, and I hope that all of you are aware that others are there for you. Especially me. I love you all, see you soon.
