Health Update 2
Added 2020-09-15 03:50:57 +0000 UTCHi guys, as many of you already know, these days i made a post explaining why the post on patreon/ youtube are too slow. So, I came here to give another update.
So, finally i got my exams and I finally decover that i got a hiatal hernia. I'ts not something very complicated but this cause a haaard pain. if you want, feel free to search about it.
So, it's nothing something to worry about it and next days I should start the treatment.
so, thats it. This week I'll post a new video.

I first took the normal medication, and one day I discovered naturopathy and it really changed my life . Less problem now take a look at essential oils. For me the are more efficient that all the other medecine. Take a look at the Basil and the Tarragon, but be careful the taste the first time is veray bad. Ask a doctor in naturopathy who can give you some advice , it's more natural than all the stuff they can give you. Just an advice. And a real contril of what you are eating.
