I hope you’re enjoying all the recent videos, thank you sooo much for your lovely comments they really mean a lot 🥹 tomorrow is another poem, and one that has to come with a caveat… it’s literally inspired by a conversation I had with my therapist after going through a difficult few weeks. So no sympathies needed and I know how very lucky I am 💗

That’s quite beautiful. I have to say looking back on my own life I could relate to every word you said at one time or another. Our lives are all different and you’ve learned more in yours than most have by your age. You can’t win the rat race.

Having to ‘plan’ around that has its challenges, especially nowadays. This poem is so timely around mental health awareness season and 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon. Tracks such as ‘Time’ and ‘Money’ being particularly impactful right now!

This road you have traveled is so lonely but you are not alone. So many people have traveled beside you but the pain blurs your vision. As one that has traveled that same road I'm glad that your vision cleared and that you made it this far. You matter, you are needed and you are loved. It never hurts to hear that even if it's written by a stranger so many miles from home. Keep well lovely
