Video 2: This is one of the few manga that age up its characters fairly realistically. Also, the Golden Age is an arc as well as a section of chapters. It doesn't end until after the eclipse, so basically, you are still in the Golden Age, even if it doesn't say so. You are absolutely right about the trust issues Guts has with others due to his childhood. It just makes his relationship with Casca even more special. About the teeth, believe it or not, but during this time period, people had pretty good teeth! There was no processed sugar, and most people had a really good diet. So, it could happen that they would have good teeth irl. Yeah, I miss Corkus too... and everyone else! Reading it again, you do get to pick up on all the details that were missed while watching the anime. Everything about the manga is just so much more information. Sometimes you have to read it a few times to get the meaning or pick up on a detail. Enjoyed the read through! Thanks!

If you like the art now, it gets insanely good as you go along. That weird baby thing... Guts is afraid of it. You would think he wouldnt be afraid of any demon after what happened to him. That "thing" is very important. We cant tell you much more about it though! The first apostle that Guts was banging was the one that killed Corkus. The Slug Count is the one that killed Pippen.
