Like Night & Day

We needed a shot of Nottingham castle in the day and unfortunately there existed none. So as you can see we had to make it ourselves! Over the course of four hours and using multiple coloured layers in Gimp, we managed to re-colour every inch of the image from having dark blue night hues to bright daylight colours. Painstakingly painting each and every thatched roof, timber and tile. And we must say, we're pleased with the results.
