Update on Commissions

Here is a process video of the commissioned paintings I’ve completed in the past 2 years! :3

I created a waitlist for custom portrait paintings in January of 2022, exclusively for my Patreon supporters. I decided to cap it off at 60 total, though a few have given up their spot on the waitlist by canceling their membership.

It’s now coming up on two years since the waitlist was created, and I’ve only completed 10 of them so far. I didn’t know it would take me this long, but between working on big passion project paintings, fun small paintings for Noodle Mail, packing Noodle Mail letters each month, sending yearly pins for my continued patreon supporters each month, packing online Etsy orders, trouble shooting returned mail, providing premier customer service, recording numerous videos and photos of my cats, editing videos, and just having days or weeks where I’m unable to paint at all… I was bound to fall behind on something.

But I have full intention to complete the commissions on my waitlist! Thank you so much to those who have been patiently waiting. We appreciate everyone’s love and support for the work that we do! 💓

I aim to complete the waitlist by the end of 2024. I would love to brainstorm with you all a better method for accepting commissions in the future. I know a lot of you would love a painting of your own fur babies, but the waitlist method is too overwhelming for me. I could possibly open 1-3 slots each month on my Patreon exclusive shop on a specific day/time, giving everyone a fair chance to reserve and a much faster turnaround time.

I’d also love to make weekly sketchbook pages, where everyone could send photos of their cats in the Discord chat to potentially be drawn :3
