How much difference will I notice with this mod?
It depends, if you have a low power pc with low specs, you will notice a lot. But if you have a very powerful pc you will only notice more stability.
How was this achieved?
Adjusting by code some textures that are not a primary requirement for the user at the time of playing, being almost imperceptible but affecting negatively the performance of the game, also the quality of the crowds was lowered (the lowering of quality to the crowds does not affect the cinematics with the fanatics).
Does it mean that now with my shit pc I will be able to run the game at 200 FPS?
No, we are not EA coders either, we don't have the tools to optimize the game like EA, we achieve something within our capabilities, if I had to risk giving a number, at most you will notice a +10 FPS increase in your game.

Any accessory mod is incompatible with the mod because they do not work directly

Nope, but I have a trick, if you have a pending update to do, that means you are not on the latest version of the game (currently TU6.1), but if you have no pending updates it means you are on the latest version of the game, that is TU6.1.
