TCode Android Configurator for ESP32 over BLE

This is the initial ALPHA release of the TCode ESP32 Configurator android app. This app was developed to be easier to configure than using the AP mode method. I learned along the way the Wifi and Bluetooth do not play well together in the ESP32 as they share the same hardware. For this reason, I had to gimp the app to initial configuration only if WiFi is used. We need all the performance we can get when sending TCode over wifi.

REQUIRES: My ESP32 firmware v0.164b or higher

Its pretty bare bones atm.

Current features:

Configure wifi, sr6/osr mode, servo frequency without messing with the the ESP32 AP mode network.

Currently you can only use this app on first configuration. Once the SSID has been configured the BLE connection must be turned off for full wifi performance as the ESP32 shares the wifi and bluetooth hardware.

If you use serial mode and DO NOT connect to an SSID then you can use the app to configure things. I plan to add more config options in the future.

If you do connect to an SSID, you need to use the web configuration tool after the ssid is changed.

You will probably get some warnings about unknown android dev. I have not registered this on the play store yet. I will probably get it in there at some point.
