It’s an attempt to make some super weird, anarchaic Hanna-Barbera cartoon AFTER taking original HB properties like space ghost and sea lab 2021 and making super weird stories that go nowhere with those characters. It was definitely made to create chaos in the cartoon world. Just look up how Adult Swim released the aqua teen movie on their late night block BEFORE it hit theaters on April Fools. So in regards to the question… maybe like…. Katamari Damacy? It was super out there and should’ve been such a destructive video game based on the concept, but ends up being cutesy and colorful and very trippy, for lack of a better term.
