Absolutely right! The touch the shoulder or back, or neck. And a light touch to the face?.. Total loss of immunity and sovereignty for poor naked ladies. Even without the "problematic" body parts.

Even if it's a "nonproblematic" body part like her shoulder it makes things so much more intimate and therefore humiliating for the woman. As tender as the touching might be, it's also a frustratingly invading act that makes her lose her composure completely.
