So for the next few weeks, I'll be focusing on filling in content inside the new profession systems. I'm hoping for one week per location, so this week is the temple, then next week, the guild, then the alchemist, then I'll finally move on to opening up the rest of the 'after chicken' content.
So, since the Gods are the main focus of the temple content, I needed to sit down and actually make some of them. Obviously the goddess statue in the town square is done, so I just put her into a different pose and made another statue for her, cool, easy breezy. But I wanted this initial temple content to have some variety, so I've also finalized three new gods to add to the list (we already know the Goddess of Time, but no one else does, so she's not in the list right now).
The roster right now:
- Juna, Goddess of Magic
- Auris, Goddess of War
- Vint, God of Charity
- Ragus, God of Adventure
Of course, there will be more later. I've also got the interior of the temple remodeled, though it's still a bit empty.
And then Bess. I know that Bess is divisive, but I get the feeling that it's my fault for only making a portion of her initial story available at release... it really should have been an all or nothing type thing. Live and learn. Anyway, since this next update is focused on the temple, obviously I finally have a chance to make some higher quality scenes featuring Bessy. There will also be some changes made to the adventure log to fill in some backstories to get things ready for the adventure content.
Finally, I've also been doing the temple actions, and along with it a general UI change. The mirror now has a lot of additional information and is really slow to load.... I'll fix that for the next version, but I'm so close to releasing this one that I really don't want to do worry too much about it right now.
