Dev Log #1 (Flora)

So I'm working on the next two clues (the Potion Shop and the Fountain) for the next version (which will be v0.1.5). These clue sequences are intended to introduce the world, the main story, some random abilities, and some side characters. Flora would be one of those side characters. She's an aging elf that moved into town a decade or so ago and works as an alchemist. My next post will show off her shop, but right now I'm doing some final work on her hair. I want her to be a loopy old lady, so I'm channeling a sort of crazy cat lady vibe on this.

So here she is with a little backlight.

And my first hair version. I forgot to screenshot it, but when all this hair falls straight, it literally goes for miles.

I gave her a bit of a haircut:

Now, it's time to go ahead and correct the hair color and tweak the general curls and twists and stuff.

Hair shader finished.

Now the eyebrows and she's done.

I actually kind of like the giant hair version, so I may increase the hair length a bit more once I start putting her into the scene... she'll be behind a counter, so it may not even be visible.
