2025-08-16 11:15:02 +0000 UTCI haven't watched the most recent episode yet but I did just finish this whole collection of your reactions & omg i forgot how LONG boys planet is. My top 8 atm is Lee Sangwon, Lee Leo, Kim Junseo, Yeom Yechan, Zhou Anxin, He Xinlong, Hsu Chingyu & Park Donggyu. None of them apart from Sangwon is in order (I cant help but vote for him, he's got a very similar personality to me & I am also victim of loving his visuals) but I am seriously considering swapping out one of them for Sun Hengyu.

Just as a fun fact, the only performance that I've rewatched (and many times in fact) is the Rising Sun red team, so I feel like they were definitely my overall MVP group of the mission. Also it has been really funny to see Andrew's part blowing up lol he's definitely the breakout star of these episodes. Sad that he's probably eliminated... If the next voting is really just 4 people then that's insane! I was expecting it to be 6 and even that will probably be tough. I've been avoiding all the rumors about who's been eliminated, but seeing so many posts about it just keeps me anxious all week😭 Just wanna get it over with at this point lol.

2025-08-12 14:59:30 +0000 UTCFirst of all, I just have to say that the screen time distribution is just awful, otherwise I would complain about it in every single performance. Was it this bad in BP? I don't remember, tbh. Why only focus on like 3 trainees max. and then also just sometimes have really unnecessary story lines to focus on? Also, why tease stuff and then not show it in the episode? Like you also noticed the Anxin doing bad story line or also Sho vs. Zhongxing. Also, I will refrain from saying, “Oh, but he is probably eliminated,” because I would say it too often, lul. There are definitely lots of trainees, that got screwed over by the voting schedule, it really is a shame. Also not going to talk about the on side votings, it just makes no sense most of the time. But yeah they also just have basically no context to the performances and they are also biased. I do agree with the overall scores, i think. Ok, let's get into the performances: TWS - Plot Twist (1-stars): Overall, a really enjoyable performance! I think I prefer this performance over the 3 stars, but it definitely was pretty equal. Ig it really is just personal preference, when it comes to who you like more in this performances. Donghyun B was ok, I guess? I also did not really notice him, but at least he did not stick out by being bad. Jang Haneum did very well, but he also did not really wow me. I do really want to see his personality, don't think we have seen anything from him, tbh. Same goes for Sanghyeon, he also did really good tho. Woojin did good, yes! It's crazy how he gets, like, no screen time. His voice is great, but he did not really catch me, tbh. Not sure why this is. I also would like for him to try a different concept and yeah, same goes for Liyu. Liyu did also really good , though. I wish we heard more of his voice because I could not really evaluate it. You definitely can see Leejeong's experience, he did really well. I like him but also am not that interested in him personally. Arctic did so good, I really like him. He is definitely in my top 3 or something when it comes to the babies haha. I saw people saying that the reason why Yi Chen disappeared so often was because he was translating for other C trainees. Which would be nice of him of course, but also something that he should at least have told the other group members. Also I think that doing the group practice is more important, especially when you don't know the lyrics or the dance fully yet. It does seem like they could talk it out, so that's good. He did pretty good in the performance tho. TVXQ - Rising Sun (2 stars, lose): Tbh the only ones I really liked in this performance are Jiang Fan and Aoshi, maybe Dongyun too. So overall this is not really my favorite performance. Yusen did his best tho, the one high note was really good. Taiga, Shiyu and Taeyoon were ok ig? I also just did not really notice them. Yechan was definitely good, but I'm also just not too interested in him. You also could see the experience that Dongyun has, he did well. Aoshi surprised me a lot, I really enjoyed seeing his performance. He was also really good! Loved the line in the beginning from Jiang Fan, he did really good. It really is a shame that the possibility of him being eliminated is so high. I blame Mnet and the voting schedule. Loved the little Universe League break haha. Also really random, but his visuals remind me so much of 2nd gen idols. TVXQ - Rising Sun (2-stars, win): I LOVE this group, probably my favorite performance overall. You just need to ignore Hengyu's voice cracks and I can do that very well haha. Also the amount of skin we saw from this group is crazy. I don't really care about that at all tho, it's just kinda funny to me. Also the amount of Andrew TikToks I have seen on my fyp is crazy too haha. He did really good tho but I actually am not the biggest fan of his vocal tone. Honghai did also very good. He, for some reason, felt a little out of place to me in this performance tho? Not sure why. Wonjun also surprised me a lot, he did so well and I loved to see him perform. Dongheon also was really good, really like him. I also really like Junil, but I also did not really catch that he was suppose to be the killing part. He did very good tho, he defnitly also already has a fanbase cause he also was in Trainee A but left pretty early on. I love Harry June, he is so good! I did watch all of DBK's MVs a while back, but I don't really remember anything, lul. Haven't found any controversy around them. (Oh well, except that a member left after he was caught drunk driving, but that does not really have anything to do with the group anymore.) I hope that they have a comeback soon after they are both eliminated. I don't know why I like Masato so much. I just really like to see him perform and also like what we have seen of his personality. I still love Hengyu very much, I really don't care about his voice cracks. I need to see him in the top 8, pls! ZB1 - Kill the Romeo (1-stars): yeah, this was kind of a mess. I can't take the original serious anymore, I hope that changes again soon. Hyeonseo, Zihhao, Chrisen and Donghyun A were ok ig? Guo Zhen definitely is one of the weakest. I do kinda like Jingkun, he's definitely not always perfect, though. I don't think that I have talked about Sho at all yet and I, tbh, don't want to start now. He got enough hate already haha. All of the memes are killing me tho. Zhongxing is a mystery to me, I'm not even sure what I should say about him. I definitely don't dislike him. Also not really a fan of how he makes his voice sound tho. ZB1 - Kill the Romeo (3-stars): I did really like this group overall. Junho surprised me a lot, he did so good, loved to see him perform. Tatsuki did pretty good, don't really have much to say about him tho. Reeon was also pretty good but he seems a bit stiff to me. Suren also was pretty good, just a little shaky with his voice and he also needs to work on his facial expressions a bit. I really like Zihao and he did well but he also did not really stick out to be too much. Sunyu did really good! But also not much to say about him. I actually kinda like the contacts that Heuichan was wearing. Like he does look a little scary but I kinda like that haha. I do also just really love him, really enjoyed him in this performance. Yeah, I love Sen, also not sure why but I do. Also was not expecting to hear such a deep voice from him, surprised me a lot. Love to watch him perform, there is just something about him. Maybe I should actually hope for Masato to not make it. Him, Sen and Junil could then just debut in an inkode boy group together. Even tho it would take a while since Jaejoong said that he will debut a boy group soon, but it will not have any trainees from B2P in it. Aespa - Whiplash (3-stars): I love this performance, but mostly just because of Sangwon. I watched his fancam more than I have watched the actual performance. Chingyu did so well, it's a shame that he gets no screen time. I also just really don't get it, like Mnet, don't you want to rig in a WakeOne trainee? I have seen lots of people that are saying that Geonwoo is innocent? I haven't really looked into it tbh. He definitely isn't bad tho but he also did not stick out to me. Yoon Min just showed me exactly what I thought was going to happen. He just does not really fit and maybe it is just because of the song, but I feel like he would feel out of place in most songs. I do really like him, but maybe he would be better as a soloist. Well, we did not see much at all from Yumeki, so nothing much to say about him. Junseo definitely did way better in this performance, he fits the song very well too. Yeah, Anxin got me now. He just needs to work a little on his facial expressions and his stage presence. I do really like him, his voice is great. Still love Leo's voice very much, I also love to see him perform and love what we see of his personality. I am officially obsessed with Sangwon, I love him and he did so well. Also love me a good yapper haha. Aespa - Whiplash (1-stars): yeah, not my favorite performance. The styling was definitely... a choice. I really don't get why they even have to make the styling so different per group, why not make it similar lul. They didn't do bad tho. Rensho and Jaehyun were pretty good and Jiayang was ok ig? Did not really notice Seungbaek at all. Daniel (it is pretty funny that you two have the same name haha) did surprisingly well! Zheyi also did well, but he actually did not really catch me. Junhyuk was also pretty good, but I think I'm also just not the biggest fan of his style. My top 8 rn: 1. Lee Sangwon 2. Sun Hengyu 3. Lee Leo 4. Zhou Anxin 5. Sen 6. Masato 7. Chen Kaiwen 8. Park Donggyu Donggyu is the only one that I'm still pretty unsure about, but I also did not really know who else to put. But yeah, Kangmin left my top 8 even tho I do really like him still. It just kinda felt wrong to have him in my top 8, I think it's mostly about him being an active idol. Not that I don't want them to debut, but yeah, it just feels wrong to me to have them in my top 8. I would love to see Junseo and Kangmin debut tho. Also Xinglong might also have a chance now, saw that lots of Koreans are supporting him. Maybe I will add the active idols back into my top 8 before the final, we will see. Also I just realized that I have no Idea who I am going to vote for, cause it will be less than 8 right? Saw rumors going around that it will only be 4 pople that we can vote for. Will think about this after the next episode ig. The next episode is probably not going to be as fun, but I am interested to see who survives! :)
