An Update to May's Schedule

We've been busy with everyone back at the virtual office here, getting new assets, UI, and gameplay functionality implemented as well as expanding upon older ones, (not to mention a whole new type of diesel to get working since this one doesn't have electrical transition or notched throttles!) and after checking in with each department of our team, we determined that we all could benefit from a bit more time to prep for May's dev vlog. We've had all hands on deck helping each other on joint tasks, gathering additional reference for things that we need for completing our new items and will be sending some folks out into the field to gather audio this week, so we wanted to give you all the heads-up as soon as we could that we'll be pushing May's video back about a week or so into June. We know good and prompt communication is important for any project, so we'll keep you all posted as we get our deliverables done for this feature video, and in the meantime, here's a little peek at our filming location on Inyo!

I doubt you’ll hear an official response from the devs but I’ll say this: back in the RRO days mark posted a video on his channel of the full catalog of equipment planned for the game. At the end, he revealed the plan to implement the proposed 2-8-8-2 articulated locomotive in the game and essentially make it into a narrow gauge L-131 because it was a fun end game idea. Now this is no way confirmed for century of steam, but seeing as they’ve implemented a lot of their wishes from those days into COS, I wouldn’t rule it out…
