As aforementioned, the Studio 346 software crew is out this month for rest and recovery, so we've pulled back the curtain to discuss at length the immense amount of research pouring into Century of Steam, methods and tips for you to use in your own research, and share some behind the scenes details about more stuff in progress before it goes to Unreal, including a new locomotive currently in the pipeline. The worlds often feel static except for the trains, breaking the illusion that a world functions beyond the railroad. Are you incorporating elements like pre-existing roads, traffic, and people to make the world feel more alive and dynamic?

2024-07-22 03:50:31 +0000 UTCIs the game playthrough gonna be based on a timeline? If so will locomotive features be based on the year they were invented? For example an 8-18c in 1875 with an electric headlight wouldnt really make much sence
