Will there be the ability to create towns like there is in Railroads Online, but more in depth and with more options?

Along with Are you going to add 346 from the Colorado Railroad Museum? And how would you rerail a train an fix it? And how would people be able to enable a fly mode if you are plaining on it? And are you going to add all of the steam locomotives at the Colorado Railroad Museum? Would you ever add this game to console? Will there be multiple maps and would there be pre laid track for people who just want to go strait to the trains and will there be easy track laying tools? Will you also add the Eureka? Is there any plans for damage to the engine in other ways other than from a derailment?
