HEXROLL for 5E is now in beta and other news

Greetings Brave Adventurers,

I'm excited to announce that Hexroll-for-5E is now stable enough to transition from alpha to beta. Thank you for your support and feedback. This first full scale system conversion has been a great learning experience, helping me understand the scope and effort required for any future conversions. This was also a great opportunity to add new content and features to the OSR model.

More cool generator content additions are coming soon. I've asked Alex Gray, who wrote many of our hex and feature descriptions, to dedicate some time and add more flavor and narrative opportunities to our dungeons. You can also expect additional villain and quest-related material soon.

Most of my development time is focused on hexroll3. Working on this new version is both exciting and challenging. One piece of news I can now share is that I do plan to make the new app compatible with any existing 2E (or 5E) sandbox you have online. This is important for anyone (myself included) with long-running campaigns using the current version.

Lastly, we have some exciting community driven work that I'd like to highlight, but I'll save that for the next post.
