Page 368 Script
Added 2015-04-08 04:10:21 +0000 UTCHowdy! Work on the REAL page 368 is underway. I finally got a finalized script written, and figured I'd show you what a "Draconia Chronicles" script looks like. Despite the comic pages being crafted entirely digitally, I still rely on old-school pencil and paper to write the scripts. They usually feature just the dialogue along with any major actions, in addition to a rough idea of the panel layout. Beyond that, all the visuals are drawn based on what the dialogue lends itself to. Things such as the setting and minor actions are usually just kept in my head. Also, I write the dialogue in a narrow column so I can get a good idea of how much space each sentence or phrase will take up within a word balloon. In this page, Kighan comes face-to-fist with a certain reflex action. ~__^
