Pilot Desktop script released and it's awesome!

Yesterday i released first version of Pilot Desktop script

it works like you open Powershell console (every windows 10 / 11 have), paste script into it, and run.

Script monitors your EFT screenshots folder for new files and sending filenames to TM website and you see your location on map.

Pros:
- It's fast! instant - no delay, script checking every second
- low traffic - send filename only, instead of cloud versions, that require full 5-8mb file upload to cloud
- zero ban risk - you run this script by yourself, no code available to BattleEye, because it's not stored anywhere on your PC

Hope this method will be the best of all i released, you should try it for sure.

P.S. In future i'll try to add entire Pilot Desktop features into it (quests tracking, map switch, and screen auto delete)

Сloud Pilot now using service account

There is no auth screen anymore, no need to give read access to all your data.

You can just give read access to screenshots folder to Pilot service user:

Tarkov-Pilot cloud version with zero ban risk

Hello my dear friends!

Hope you are doing well:)

A few days ago i released Tarkov-Pilot paranoid cloud (Google Drive) version with zero ban risk.

Idea is to use Google Drive app to sync your tarkov screenshots folder to cloud.

Pilot got access to this folder, waiting for new files, and show your position on TM maps.

To try it, you need to be logged to TM website, goto https://tarkov-market.com/pilot and switch to cloud mode.

After, you can click How to setup link to see detailed setup process.

After Pilot is connected to watch your cloud folder - you can open TM map, and try to make a screenshot.

A few seconds later (10-15), you should see your position.

This setup don't require Pilot desktop app, that safe, but BSG or BattleEye can potentially flag it some day, depends on Nikita's mood. It require Google Drive app only on your PC, that is purely safe in terms of ban perspective.

Price increase to $6 starting Feb 2025

I hope you are all doing well. First and foremost, I want to sincerely thank you for your invaluable support over the past four years. Without you, this project would not have reached the level it is at today. We've come a long way together, but there is still much work and many achievements ahead of us.

Over these 4 years, the project has evolved from a simple hobby into a full-fledged product to which I dedicate all my free time. Unfortunately, inflation has brought its own adjustments. During this time, the cost of living has risen, as have expenses for servers and infrastructure, and the project itself has grown significantly. To compensate for these changes, I am compelled to raise the subscription fee to $6 per month. I hope this won't be an issue for you, and I will continue to provide you with quality service and new convenient features.

Recent maps updates:

• Added hidden stashes in all locations

• Updated transitions in all locations

• Updated exits for PMCs and Scavs in all locations

Plans for the near future:

• Continue updating maps (expanding Woods)

• Implement display of gaze direction when determining position

• Improve OCR (support for 4k, increased recognition accuracy)

• Expand and enhance the price scanner (scan more frequently, track volumes)

• Ensure stable project operation amidst constant updates and changes

TM have maps now

Hope you are doing great!:)

Great new milestone achieved. I released maps. (Finally!!!)

I've spent most of this year developing maps engine from scratch (UI, behaviour, data).

Also it took a lot of time to draw maps and add markers.

And now you can see blazing fast maps, instant zoom / pan because it's vector (svg) maps.

At the moment all maps have markers: PMC / Scav extractions / spawns and all quests.

Also it can be synced with your progress, and at the right corner you can see your actual quests (clickable to show on map).

Hope you will like it, because i like it very mutch and plan to use every day playing tarkov on questing:).

In future updates you will see:

- more markers (barrel / ground caches, boxes, captions, etc...).

- maps detalization (more buildings / levels, more captions, etc...)

- squad support (you will see your teammates active quests on maps).

- new map - Ground Zero with quests

- something else i can't remember at the moment:)

Items tracker - Screenshot OCR

Interactive quests map with items found tracking

Big day today!
I just finished and now website have all items.

I worked hard to make it happen, and finally i'm done with it.
If you find any errors or something missed - pls feel free to contact with me (here or in discord) 

Also scan algorithm changed and how scan time:
about 1 hour for items, what cost  > 100,000₽,
about 1-3 hours for items 10,000₽  < x < 100,000₽,
and about 1-3 hours for items <  10,000₽.

As you see, at the moment i'm able to scan all items within 3 hours and this is cool!:)
I'll add more scan pc's in future to make price notifications.
