There are days where you are going up and there are days when you are heading down. Sometimes it feels like you will never go back up but I promise you will! Iโm sorry youโve been having a rough time and I hope you are starting to feel better! You guys and your podcast have been a tremendous help for me when I struggle. You bring me joy and a welcome distraction from it all! I and the rest of this wonderful fan base are always here for you โค๏ธ mental health struggles suck but we are in this together girl!
