Commission reservation and purchase guide

Hello, it's GH. It's been a while and I've decided to take commissions once more. The commission will continue until enough number of patrons have returned. I'll put down notice if I stop taking commissions in the future.

1. Standard Pricing

Bust: 60 USD

Full body: 100 USD

R-18 : + 40 USD added on top.

Black and White: - 30 USD discount on top.

Group scene: Additional price based on the number of characters (Exclusion: If the added character isn't that important and takes less effort or if the character is in SD format, then the price will decrease)

Original character: If the design's already defined there is no additional charge. However, if you're ordering a design work to me, + 100 USD added on top.

2. Additional options pricing

Clothes and accessories of complex design (Ex: Complex pattern, Gloss, lace, armor, uniform): Price that'll be added will be determined after consultation.

Object (Ex: Weapons, Furniture, Vehicles, Tentacle): Price that'll be added will be determined after consultation.

Male character and male-like monsters: Typically I don't draw males. However R-18 commission may require them. Therefore, additional prices may be added depending on the quality.

Background: Depends on the commission but typically backgrounds take a lot of time and effort. So they aren't usually accepted but if it's a must, be aware that they may add a lot of additional costs.

Private commission: 50% of the cost added from the total cost of the commission.

3. Separate options

Dakimakura cover or life size: It requires very high resolutions and detailed works, therefore it needs to be inquired separately.

Concept art style: It may require multiple characters in one page, or in many pages with elaborate detail. Thus having the varied price and needs to be inquired separately.

4. Things not accepted.

Depictions such as peeing, scat, vomit-like unsanitary scene.

Gores such as mutilation or exposed organs (Bit of blood or cuts is acceptable)

R-18 options adding the depiction of pregnancy and birth, and babies.

Certain minor fetishes maybe declined under artist's subjectivity (Ex: Vore, diapers, heavy muscle depiction, extremely large genitalia, etc )

5. Reservation and payment policy

Reservation inquiry : Patreon comment or message.

Reservations can be applied or canceled freely. Pricing consultation will typically be accepted sequentially but things like minor fetishes that the commissioner thinks it needs to be noted early should be sent when you're making a reservation. The deposit will be made after the final price is determined and the 'payment needs to be deposited before the work starts'. If the deposit hasn't been made after consultation within 2 days. The reservation will be canceled automatically. Deposits can be made via personal account transfer or PayPal.

6. Refund and cancelation policy

A full refund is provided regardless of the work progress, plus an additional 10%(Total of 110%) penalty when requesting a refund 'when the artist is at fault' for the following reason :

- When work is delayed for more than 3 times the expected time discussed from the consultation. (Exceptions 1: Concept art or full background illustrations that require very long work schedule. These works are difficult to estimate time and the progress will be shared regularly with the commissioner.)

(Exception 2: Natural disaster, health issue causing the delays. In this case, it'll follow the regular refund policy below.)

The following is the regular refund rate, and depending on the progress made the unfinished commission may be provided.

(Typical work progression : Start -> Sketch -> Linework -> basic coloration -> light process -> detailed coloration -> Finished)

- Before starting the work: 100% Refund

- After starting ~ Sketch finished : 70% Refund

- Sketch finished ~ Linework finished: 50% Refund

- Linework finished ~ lighting process: 30% Refund

- After the lighting process: Cannot Refund
