For me, all parts are good, but the holding and releasing part are kinda tied. Depends a bit on the overall context. (For example, character has to so something relatively public - holding slightly edges out the inevitable release. Stoic/haughty character gets one - the release causing their facade to break down beats out the futile holding process)
