Are marzipan rolls a thing outside of Denmark?? There's no English name for it, but here we have things called kærnemælkshorn, skagenshorn, etc. that are basically just slightly sweet, yeast-based dough rolled into a horn and filled with remonce (marzipan + sugar + butter).

I always make variations of remonce-based danish pastries and eat 16 pieces of them immediately (and hate myself for it lol), then freeze the rest and just pop them in the oven to reheat when I feel like having one. Can recommend!
