2020-06-01 22:37:48 +0000 UTCWorlds collided and brought monsters and humans to this world. Chaos would be similar to the force in Star Wars. A conduit moment is what brings them to the school. They show themselves to have a natural ability to channel magic, i.e. act as a conduit for magic. The best mages get assigned as advisors to kings. The brotherhood is all about politics and control. Mages who can't control their magic (and who can't be controlled by the older mages?) end up powering the tower as eels.
