Added 2025-12-29 02:51:47 +0000 UTCHey everyone! I am finally here with One Punch Man season 3, ep 12!!!!!! OH DANG!! That was a really great way to close out the season! Saitama didn't break a sweat against Orochi and that was so much fun to watch! It looked/sounded/felt great! Also Tornado didn't break a sweat against Gyoro Gyoro! So dang, is this the end of the Monster Association?! King is afraid to find out :P Lol! Great ep! Enjoy! ~ MH

I heard about that and frankly I was shocked they got a Part 2 so easily!!! I thought for sure it would be a touch and go decision...but I'm glad they'll be back with more! Lol, the poster doesn't exactly sound promising for the amount of effort they're putting in, but let's hope for the best!! Oh well no wonder I was recognizing all these VAs! OMG Dio and Maomao would be crazy haha. That's interesting about the second studio, they may very well have called in some help! So glad we got to see Saitama! Yeah you're right about Waganma, they had gotten out already! LOL the fact that King accidentally won that fight is amazing! I think Gyoro Gyoro is history! LOL that's actually an amazing comparison, like it went wrong, but we can mutually agree that it's all good for now :P Hopefully they learn from their mistakes here and give us an amazing second part! You just know this was gonna end with Saitama putting in 2 seconds worth of normal effort!!!

2025-12-30 14:16:29 +0000 UTCWell, I’ll get the news out of the way first - Part 2 of Season 3 has indeed been confirmed, but they did say they pushed it to 2027 - no doubt after hearing all the negative feedback with the animation department. (And then they released the poster for Part 2 - which was basically the poster for this part but instead of Garou and Saitama looking at each other they flip flopped the exact character profiles so they were looking away from each other 😂). As for my thoughts on this episode… I forgot to ask this last week but is Black Sperm just a really bad rip off of Twice? Hmmm…. Superalloy Darkshine’s (the bodybuilder) VA is Schmitt from Orb, Daichi from Haikyuu, Rengoku from Demon Slayer and Grucius from Slime. Now I know we’re not supposed to think in terms of different character VAs but I couldn’t help it watching Tornado and Gyoro-Gyoro go at it because I kept picturing fan art of Maomao going to the chiropractor and the doctor was DIO. 😁 “can you fix my shoulder?” “It’s muda!” You might know Orochi’s VA as Gojo’s grandpa from My Dress-Up Darling or Floki from Vinland Saga. We finally get a glimpse of the elusive and rare Saitama. I did notice that another studio started appearing in the credits the last few episodes so apparently they were trying to make some corrections. It ain’t ufotable, by a long shot, but it was at least passable. My biggest frustrations with the animation were we spent way too long on the side characters - I mean when the hero is so OP I get the joke that you kinda have to pick and choose but I think we maybe saw him for… a total of two minutes of screen time prior to this episode? It got a little TOO extreme. Also, considering how disappointing a lot of the season was, knowing one show you passed up made it a lot more frustrating, personally. But that’s not the show’s fault. I did think something was off at the end when Waganma showed up again and I’m like - shouldn’t he already be up top? Turns out King killed the disguised mob just by intimidating him. As for Gyoro-Gyoro maybe he’s getting dissected. We all know who else Tornado voices. 🤭 So overall thoughts? It’s kind of like… welI, I can’t say I can speak from experience but it feels kind of like a third date that started awful with everything going terrible enough that both sides decided to break up but they calmed down enough at the end to still be friends? I believe the manga is over 200 chapters and somebody said they’re only up around 107 in adaptation so one can only hope they get their stuff together before the next part airs. Saitama ended the show with one punch again. Just like always. 👀
