Ohhh that does explain why that voice was familiar! LOL everything is crap right now, thank you for just letting me have this with Jinshi :P Lihaku is really sweet! OMG yes, Maomao can't fool herself anymore! OMG you're so right, Xiolan will be so sad if anything happens to Shisui! She really is a good caring person, it's a shame she had to be born into this mess! But yeah, if she hadn't, things would've been so much worse for Suirei! OMGGGGG you're so right, that treat DID end up getting to Loulan....just not the way we thought! There's no way Loulan would've seen Xiolan punished for that! She always finds a way to protect the people she loves!!

I can't neither confirm nor deny that shot of Jinshi is my new wallpaper :P Right, we're looking at it thinking that women are treated badly, to them it's just normal. Shenmei is so messed up, it's even worse knowing how Shishou really felt about her and didn't have a choice! Oh I thought maybe the hair stick was important, other than just being a symbol of friendship of course. Oh yeah, we know they both come from powerful bloodlines I guess! Shisui is a clever little fox, very curious to see what she's planning!

Instead, just think about precisely everything that Shisui and Maomao’s conversation covered, and how it was phrased. 🐸. …you are making that one shot of armored Jinshi your wallpaper, aren’t you? 👀 🐸. You’re correct about the women being treated as “lesser beings” in this fictional reality based on a real time/place, but do keep in mind - the women in the time period are not thinking like that. 🐸. For the concubines, it’s pretty much the same as well, a day job. It just requires more labor pains (literally). 🐸. So we finally get the reason WHY Shenmei was given back to Shishou - and it seems clear he really had no “choice” in marrying Taihou’s daughter, who is Suirei’s mother. 🐸. But as Shisui makes doubly clear to him, Shenmei isn’t just depraving all the family mothers around him (seriously, what is wrong with her in the head) but she’s tying up her stepdaughter in the cupboard and restraining her, and that’s just what we saw THIS time. 🐸. I don’t think Maomao is thinking anything “clever” by giving her the hair stick - it’s more like a gesture of, “this is all I can do for you.” 🐸. Because whether she likes it or not, she sees her as a friend. 🐸. Something interesting clicked when I looked at the dialogue again, it was mentioned that both Maomao and Suirei are similar - because they have powerful fathers? 🐸? Or did that refer to a bloodline? 🐸? I mean, we know Maomao’s line, but - hmm… let’s stick that one in the wild theory vault for a rainy day. 🐸. Tanukis are supposed to be clever so I wonder what Shisui is planning… (I already know, but won’t tell you of course.) 🐸. 2025-12-25 05:46:33 +0000 UTCThe voice you seem to recognise, the one soldier that talked to Lakan, was Kōki Uchiyama, that you better know as Tomura Shigaraki (MHA), Meruem the ant king (HxH) or Toge (JJK), so yeah, you heard him a lot. We let it slide for the simping on Jinshi, because yeah, anything to distract you from the current situation is good enough. But... Yeah... Lihaku is such a sweet boy that he will risk his career to help Maomao and the kids. Also, the maomao is out of the bag, she now know the real identity of Jinshi, no gaslighting would work now, she know and that will definetly affect their relation in the futur. I so want to say more about Shisui because I really like her character (and her relation with Maomao), but I will only say that you can see that she is very caring and kind, she also have a real sens for justice, just like our Maomao, she was unfortunate to be born in this family, but at least she have Suirei so that was worth it. But seeing how caring and kind she is with Suirei, Maomao and even the kids, so it is easy to assume that Shisui still have another friend that will be sad if she die... Xiolan, since she was fiend with her before becoming friend with Maomao. So I will just take you back in time and remember you the ice cream episode (since the ice cream appear at the end of the opening anyway). If you rememebr, the ice that was broken by Xiolan by accident was destined to Loulan, and Maomao turned it into an ice cream, that both Xiolan and Shisui loved. So, in a way, Maomao really did ice cream for Loulan in this episode, but also, do you think "Loulan" (Shisui), would have left Xiolan being severly punished for the ice accident ? I don't think so. Even if she had a cover to maintain, we've seen how she protected Maomao for being punished by Shenmei, she absolutely will have found something to protect Xiolan too.
