How do you solve a problem like Sosima?

I mean obviously we are going to ally with her to finish our missions on the island, and obviously autopilot will gaslight her as much as necessary, but what else are we doing with her?

Add her to the party, at least temporarily, swapping out Rosie. This will make her far more likely to go along with Emrys’s suggestions and any plans to keep her around will have a higher chance of success.

Confront her about being a ghoul but make it abundantly clear that you want to help her anyway. Explain your plans to assist her upfront.

Play along with her delusion that she isn’t an undead monstrosity for the time being. This is probably fine.

Make her drink the Human Transformation Potion, which would temporarily resurrect her. This will hopefully make her more open to any plan that requires the cooperation of a sane person to pull off.

Use the potion, seduce her while she’s reveling in being alive again, and then use the relationship stabilizer. It would utterly secure her loyalty despite being a noble from an enemy nation, and likely speed-run her addition to the harem.

Hold off on the potion until Owlbear is safe. She’s probably more dangerous to our enemies as a ghoul.

Steal the Seal of Vishgurv once we figure out that she is a binder and kill her, preferably with her consent. This will turn her into a living Gillman version of herself. It’s the only form of permanent resurrection available on this island. It has some side effects of course.

We are probably going to kill Plugg eventually. Do the Vishgurv thing later, after we loot it from his corpse.

Try to convince Plugg to teach her how to bind Vishgurv by introducing him to a charming Chelish noblewoman in need.

The moment we leave this island we are chaining her up until we can get her to Break-Neck Jerry, or someone else that can resurrect her. It can wait until then.

Why all the shenanigans? Relationships are built on mutual trust and goodwill. She’s fine just as she is.
