21) The Dangers of the Metaverse.

Before I start, I just want to let you know that in the NEXT POST I will be sharing 3 OF MY CRYPTO PICKS which I will buy and sell in the next bull run.

I have NOT even mentioned this coin on twitter.

We are PREPARING for the biggest bull run of our lives.

You should all know by now how REVOLUTIONARY the metaverse will be and it is only a matter of TIME before it becomes a REALITY.

I told you that the metaverse is a place:

Where you can BE whoever you want to be
Where your ethnicity, race, economic background, and political hierarchies are irrelevant
Where you can GO wherever you want to go
Where you can DO whatever you ever want to do
Where you won’t have to do any EFFORT whatsoever to feel joy, happiness and accomplishment.

It seems to be the prefect ESCAPE from reality, a place where people could live out their WILDEST DREAMS and leave their BORING lives behind.

But its NOT as amazing as it seems.

Let me tell you why this is one of the biggest THREATS to human society.

In 2021, Facebook renamed itself to META.

Did you know that their main goal is:

to have 1,000,000,000 (one billion) active users within the metaverse by 2030.

This is one of the biggest companies in the world and they are going to invest around 10 BILLION dollars per year into the development of the metaverse.

They WANT people to spend an unbelievable amount of TIME on it.

The more time a user spends, the MORE they will learn about that user.

Just read below what MR ZUCKERBURG himself said:

You need to understand Facebook is a DATA company.

They make money off ADVERTISING to users.

The MORE data they collect the more TARGETED they can advertise to you.

Facebook is the only company that possesses the HIGHEST level of detailed customer information.

Facebook can classify any person using up to 52,000 different traits, by collecting DATA on archaic technologies like the Internet, phone apps and social media.

Facebook already tracks you anywhere, even if you have NEVER registered on their services.

Their COOKIES and trackers are all over the Internet.

Facebook already knows us MORE than we do.

They knows EXACTLY what to do in order to give us the dopamine rushes we need to make us BLINDLY do whatever they want, and feel GREAT about it in the moment.

So for them gathering MORE data will NEVER be enough.

Now think about this

Imagine how POWERFUL it would be if Facebook could get access to more SPECIFIC data like:

What TYPE of music gets you hyped up during metaverse concerts?
What kind of stuff makes you LIKE or HATE other users in the metaverse?
Why do people decide to LEAVE the metaverse?

Lets go a bit DEEPER.

How would you feel if Facebook could analyze your EMOTIONS in real-time during metaverse interactions, and use this data to make targeted advertising?

What if Facebook analyze the emotional responses that you exhibit during metaverse interactions, such as changes in facial expressions or physiological indicators, and use this data to improve their products or services?

What if Facebook analyzes the types of virtual environments or locations that you tend to frequent within the metaverse, and use this data for targeted product recommendations?

What if Facebook knew what specific features or aspects of the metaverse you find most engaging or exciting, and use this data to improve your user experience or create new products?

All this DATA could be used to understand your likes, dislikes, and motivations in the metaverse.

Then they would be able to HAMMER DOWN on what you specifically like.

All this for you to spend MORE time in this virtual reality.

But, it could also be used to MANIPULATE you into doing things you don't really want to do.

For example, a company might use this data to SELL you stuff or to make you SPEND more time in the metaverse.

But, someone with bad intentions could also use this information to HARM you or mess with your heads.

People are already highly DEPRESSED because of social media alone.

How do you think you will feel after experiencing how great the metaverse is?

You'll feel profoundly more DEPRESSED and sad about how your real life is MISERABLE with added stress and social comparison.

This as all manipulation and DISTRACTIONS from the actual and important PROBLEMS our society is facing.

Instead of addressing those problems, it is EASIER and makes much more PROFIT to make us forget about it.

Even for LAZY people instead of becoming rich in real life, the EASY way out would be to just join the metaverse and become rich in the virtual world.

Which in the end all leads down to:

Addiction
Make you lose track of time
Separate you from the real nature and the real world
Overstimulates your senses

You need to start realizing how EVIL corporations like Facebook are and stop believing that any progress is GOOD for your lives.

This reminds me of the FAMOUS QUOTE which was ORIGINALLY related to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Google.

Even the GOVERNMENT has a dark side to it.

When the Metaverse becomes more INTEGRATED into peoples daily life, it could provide an ADDITIONAL TOOL for governments to MONITOR and surveil individuals.

Governments could use data collected in the virtual world to identify and track individuals, monitor their behavior, and potentially even use it for law enforcement purposes.

This includes being a tool for SOCIAL CREDIT SYSTEMS.

Governments could use virtual reality to track individuals' behavior and interactions, assigning them social scores based on their BEHAVIOUR in the VIRTUAL world,

such as how they INTERACT with others, what activities they PARTICIPATE in, and what kind of CONTENT they create.

Those with HIGHER scores would receive preferential treatment, while those with LOWER scores would be disadvantaged, such as facing restrictions on their access to resources and opportunities.

Let me give you an EXAMPLE.

A user who creates POSITIVE and socially RESPONSIBLE content might receive a HIGHER score, while a user who engages in HATE speech or BULLYING might receive a LOWER score.

The government could use this system to ENCOURAGE positive behavior and DISCOURAGE negative behavior in the virtual world.

That sounds like a good thing, right?

However, this system could also be used to MANIPULATE and CONTROL individuals by creating a culture of CONFORMITY and LIMITING free speech.

Users will feel PRESSURE to conform to certain values or behaviors in order to maintain their social score, limiting individual CREATIVITY and expression.

The use of the metaverse as a tool for 'social credit systems' poses a significant threat to individual freedom and autonomy.

Overall, the Metaverse provides governments with an UNPRECEDENTED level of CONTROL over individuals' lives.

This could potentially lead to a dystopian future where individual FREEDOM and autonomy are severely RESTRCIED.

Something like this already exists in CHINA.

It is not over. It can get a whole lot WORSE.

In the metaverse what will be using to transact?

Your crypto wallet.

At some point in the future, WALLETS could also be associated with reputation scores.

Therefore limiting your SPENDING .

Or even worse if you act like a toxic spreading troll, you may damage your reputation and potentially have your sphere of influence reduced by the system.

This could create an incentive for people to behave well in the metaverse.

I will do another post on CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currencies).

It will become an intangible part of our lives, even if we don’t want it.

This is the FUTURE.

So ionic how do we actually PROFIT off this information?

I will tell you how.

We are going to invest in companies and industries that are poised to succeed in the FUTURE based on what we see happening and our predictions for how things will evolve.

For example for stocks, investing in RENEWABLE companies is a wise choice as governments and businesses worldwide shift towards a more sustainable future.

Similarly for crypto, investing in companies that are innovating in fields such as artificial intelligence, VIRTUAL REALITY, CBDC, will provide HIGH returns as these tech become increasingly important.

It is important to keep a finger on the PULSE of the world (WHICH I AM) and invest in companies and industries that align with our vision for the future.
